I used Butterfields after the sudden loss of my husband last August,Callum was the funeral director, I felt he and the rest of the staff really looked after my husband and he couldn't do enough. Could call him regarding any part of the funeral and was always willing to go through anything. During one of the hardest times of my life it was nice knowing my husband was being looked after. The family has sadly lost both our dad and then mum within the last 2 years. The quality of service and professionalism provided throughout has been exemplary in any and every aspect. At such extraordinarily difficult times this level of care and commitment is particularly important of course and we would recommend Butterfields to anyone and do so without reservation. After the passing of my dad. We received excellent service from Callum when organising my dad’s funeral. He was kind and compassionate and was able to break down all information with great advice when making decisions. Cannot fault Butterfields, from the minute they picked up my mum with such respect, the initial meeting with Callum (who was so professional and understanding) and the funeral itself beautifully done. After losing my nanan, Callum was amazing. He was so kind, easy to talk to, and made everything feel a little less overwhelming. Nothing was too much trouble, and he kept us updated and reassured the whole way through.Him and his brother Jordan treated my nanan with real care. He was extremely efficient in all aspects of the preparation for my Mum's funeral with excellent communications throughout which ensured that the day itself went as well as it possibly could.
